Ought a kitchen gave 100 pound for design and got delivery date wed 31 july. I had 1900 waiting in cash for them. When they come they said some stuff had been dammaged in transit.? Later on that night my husband started to put units togetter only to find damage stock and units that look like factory seconds!!! I contacted them bk up they said nothing they can do untill they get order form bk. I saidwell ppick it bk up I want a refund which they said can not do. Ive since been on phone for 2 days with no joy. And again today for 3 hours today been cut off 6 times but still tryed. Then got pyt on hold for 2 hours even though I got told they was open till 8pm. FinalyI got hold of someone on another number saying customer service is closed. Im not happy 2000 pound for a kitchen that carnt be fitted with six kids as well 2 been special needs.Us realy not good. I am not giveing up on this kitchen or getting my money bk and will do everythink in my power to sort this one way or another. Please beware if you purchase a kitchen from these is rip of as only using senconds local diy is better use them. Beware!!!
