They put the disclaimer right on top, but it is still deceiving. They tell you it's 19.95 at the end and it's a membership. I put in 2 changes, they charged me 19.95 four times. I called, they refunded all but 9.95, stating if you call within 10 days they refund 9.95 or something ridiculous.

I called the Attorney General's Office in Ohio and they are looking into it. The BBB has asked them to put in the disclosure their costs, but they refused. They have an F rating with the BBB.
