When I Googled the USPS to change my address, this site came up first. Unwittingly, I clicked on it, expecting to be charged only $1.00 by the USPS for the online address change.

Changemyaddress.com charged my card $19.95 and nothing was done as far as forwarding my mail or alerting the Post Office.

This is a total scam! Their company phone line: 937-654-9093 has a full message box. I've called repeatedly. The customer service number is 888-208-1966, but it is constantly busy, with LONG wait times. Every time I get through to an employee, I ask for a refund and they take my information, but nothing is ever refunded!

Had they forwarded my mail and new address information, I probably wouldn't have even bothered with asking for a refund, but they did nothing but take my money! What a scam and a misleading feed on Google! I feel so ripped off and taken advantage of!
