Paid by paypal & received nothing

I ordered the full superman series online, paid with paypal, after waiting 2 weeks I received an email saying my goods hadf been dispatched but no consignment number was given. When my goods did not arrive I sent several emails to (support@theoldtimetheater.com). None were replied to.

I then contacted paypal by phone & email, I lodged a dispute, I was advised that the old time theater would reimmburse me in full through paypal, paypal then advised me that the payment had not been received. I have sent a number of emails to (support@theoldtimetheater.com) but they will not reply.

I advise all buyers do not deal with thios company as they are shonks. I am reporting them to both the Australian & US. Authorities as an internet scam. I hope no one else gets caught.
