Neglect and abuse

On dec, 13 2008 my 89 year old mother fell out of bed during the night, no one came to check on her. The next morning staff came in found her on the floor put her back in bed. My mother is complaing of her leg hurting, dont know the condition of my mothers injurise because she have not been given medical assistance, nor has an incident report has been filed. Immediate attention is required to this compliant, this is very hurtful and sad to have your love one somewhere that let any resident go wihtout attention after a fall, by the way my mother is confined to a wheelchair and has been for years. Please take this complaint serious because the outcome could have been worse, but most or all prevented if proper care was given. Thanks
