I bought a rc helicopter on 7-1-13 and within 2 days it went defective on me. I emailed the general manager and he suggested i take it back to the store so they can fix it. I took it back on 7-4-13 and got a email back saying to pick it up the following week. When i went back to pick it up they said the gear was not working so i took it home with me. That exact same day again ti worked for about 15 minutes and didn't work again after that. I have been emailing the GM for an entire week and no response yet. I am very disapointed in their service. At this point I just want my money back since obviously they are not selling
quality products. Below is the last email I sent on 7-19-13.

I picked up my item on Sunday and as always your employees were wonderful and helpful. I am having same problem again with the helicopter. It was working fine for about 15 minutes and after that it just makes a noise and doesn’t go up at all. I tried charging it but nothing happens. Please advise on what are my options.
