When the product (MD 500 RC Helicopter) which was advertised as ready to go out of the box did not work upon recipt on 7/15/09, I called their tech support line and waited 30 minutes to talk to someone. Over the next 30 minutes it was determined that the product was put together wrong, and I could not repair it at home (which I was willing to do if I could), I was told to wait and put on hold for another 30 minutes before being hung up on. I tried to contact the company by phone again but could not get anyone to answer. They did not respond to my emails, or to the dispute I filed with Paypal, or to the complaint I filed with the better business bureau. I have sent their broken crap back and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. It became obvious that once there was a problem they had no intention of dealing with me, These people are not to be trusted, at all, ever.
