Sold me an unworkable item, will not return my money

I bought an electric radio controlled helicopter supposedly ready to fly. Tried to get it flying the electric motor blew out in under 1 minute. Called the company, got a return merchandise number, they told me to send it back, they would send me a new one. I sent it back, also cost me, they sent me the same helicopter with the same problem. Tried to spin it up the electric motor failed again within 2 min, also the center of gravity was off so much that this product could not fly. So i called them again, they told me to send it back and they would send me a different product with better electronics, it was less money but i was ok with it. I heard nothing from them then they called me and asked me why i sent it back when they certainly knew why. Now they are playing games with me. They said forget it they would send my money back minus 15 percent, and replied no i wanted all my money back due to a falsely advertised product and the fact it cost me twice for shipping. Finally they said ok they would send my money back for the helicopter. Never got a check i called them they said they would send a check, this has been gonig on since the end of december. It is now march i still have not seen the lousy hundred dollars, i have gotten emails from numerous individuals from this company saying that they were sending my money but they are just jerking me around. I have tried to be nice to this companybut it doesnt matter anymore, i dont care about the money i just want everyone to know there a terrible company and a bunch of liars
