I purchased the trial jar for shipping charges only. I looked at everything that came with the jar and there was nothing indicating a charge within 14 days. I have now been charged $93 and when talking to the company was told that this is a non-refundable charge. What a scam!!! He said, in broken English, that I had to log onto the website and get a popup that referred to the non-refundable charge if not cancelled within the 14-day limit. I would never have seen a popup since I block them on my computer. Hope you can help me get my money back.
