Ripoff

I signed up for the "free 30 day trial" and I called and cancelled within the 30 day period, actually it was a few days before it expired.

I was informed by the operator that my account was cancelled and that I WON'T be charged. I even wrote down everything, time, date, operator number, etc.

When I looked at my bank account, I was charged! I called the 1-800 number listed below the charge and spoke with another operator.

He said that there was no record that I had ever called, and the charge was non-refundable. I told him, I did call, I told him the date, and I said I had all of the girl's (oper. Originally spoke to) info that I spoke with written down.

He got rude, and was loud, he said that HIS computer shows no record! But, he will cancel my membership now. And, the money is non-refundable, but as a courtasy he will refund it.

Even though I am "supposed" to get my money back, that doesn't make it right that I cancelled and they didn't actually cancel it. Then the operator was rude about it.
