There was no cell phone reception in this area, and we had lost the rest of our group, I used the pay phone, the operator said it will be $. 50 I agreed and gave my credit card info. They charged my card $16.09 and they have been charging my card for $16.09 every week since. Where and whom do I go to get refunded.
