I used the pay phone at Del Valle Recreation Campground in Livermore, Ca to make 3 calls each well under 5 minutes. The coin deposit area on the pay phone was blocked from the inside and there was no cell service. I followed the instructions on the phone to use Legacy Collect to make the calls using my debit card at a rate of 50 cents for 5 minutes. I was charged $70 to my account! When I contacted Legacy they said it was a privately owned pay phone and could charge whatever they wanted. I was told by the supervision Greg, that if I gave him my credit card number he could credit me 20%. No thanks, I learned my lesson. Don't use Legacy Collect!
