I see a lot of negative complaints but I was very satisfied with my first project book ever.

I have no experience with other sites to compare to, but I had no trouble uploading my pictures and creating a book page book in only a few minutes. I was warned on a couple of my pictures that the resolution was not high enough but printed them anyway and they look great. I opted for the photographic paper, which was worth it to me.
