Stupid website!

This website is the worst website i have ever used! I wish it would disappear into cyberspace.in all honesty, my mom worked on a book about our vacation and it was turning out really well. We saw all the many trilliongagillionmillion bad reviews (no wonder) but she kept her hopes up and now printer pix ruined her awesome book! She was making her book, made a small mistake on the page, clicked the "previous step" button, thinking it would just undue her mistake, but it deleted her whole book! All of her hard work just disappeared! The people she called were no help and basically just confirmed that, yes, they ruined her photobook. Of course i love my mom to death and if you're going to ruin her book and make her angry it's going to make me angry too. I'm putting a warning out there to anyone about to use printer pix... Don't use it ever!!! So in conclusion we hate this website and will never use it again!
