For three weeks I have been trying to resolve a telephone swaping numbers with Walmart Family Mobile customer Service seems to go nowhere. At time I stayed for about 30 minutes or more with unsuccessful result.

Customer Service is worthless because first the representative made the wrong decision in my request, then no one seems to be able to correct the issue. That cost me to lost all my contacts and made it difficult to fullfil my daily duties.
