A cold call. They told me my computer was showing a lot of errs and since is was having problems and was alot slower, I bit on their offer to fix it. They did have a tech and cleaned a few things up and deleted some unnecessary files. I watched their remote tech preform the service. It looked OK. But I got suspicious and blocked by bank accounts and stopped the credit card number I gave them. I looked this up online and find it is a scam. I am worried about my other financial information and credit cards which they could have gotten from having remote access to my computer. THis was stupid on my part. I hope it does not cost me too much.
