Can't find customer support - Magic Jack VoIP Telephone Service

I am not in love with my Mafic jack because I often cannot hear the person that is calling. HOWEVER, but biggest complaint that I can't find any customer service. Is there a phone number? A support line on-line? Some of my calls go to my answering machine but not all of them and then I miss them.
