This company claimed to be a collections agency in a false balance with ups. I have been receiving letters from company synter resource in regards to a balance with UPS. However i find the letters and phone calls very mistaken. I have called UPS customer service to review a balance. I have spoken to a customer representative named Joyce. She clearly stated that my balance is zero. Further more i purchased the shipping labels through paypal, i can not print shipping labels unless they are purchased and payed for so if i printed them that means i payed again paypal will not allow me to print labels unless they are payed for. I spoke with a customer representative from paypal and they also agree that the mistake if any must have occured with them or the company of UPS. I have done what is necessary to make sure everything is resolved. If UPS could not receive funds for whatever the cause that is an issue between UPS and paypal.

i have suspected the phone calls and letters that i have received to be a scam for several reasons. The phone calls that i received originally were not directly from UPS but to a different call center which had no options in reaching UPS representatives. Both phone calls and the letters claimed to have attempted to charge my master card to receive funds, although i have never owned a mastercard at any point in my life so why at any point should have there been an attempt to charge it. I repeat i took it upon myself to contact UPS directly and customer representative joyce clearly stated MY BALANCE IS ZERO. Any further letter or phone call i will receive in the future in regards to this i will see as a scam.
