No product and no refund

I have ordered the Nutraburn product on 24 April. I did not receive the first shipping and after several phonecalls was promised a resend which did also not materialize. After phoning again several times was promised a refund which did also not materialize. Was then told to send proof of that and fax it to a number which does not work from SA. I had told them that i doubted this number would work and was told that is the only number available. After another phonecall i was told there was an error reading in the refund and was told i could use the support e-mail address which i did on 3 July. We are not 12 July and there is NO refund. And no response whatsoever from the company. I have now e-mailed threatening legal action but i am not certain that it is possible against a company that is in the US. Does anyone have any advice??
