I received the letter described in other complants on July 6th... Did all the internet research I could... Everything looked legitimate. I deposited check and was just charged $4.00 for the check being returned. I have the check attached to my $4.00 charge. I think I was lucky that I am only out $4.00. I had a phone number and got a recorded message that the volumn was high. (left a message doubt it will ever be addressed) I really thought PNC was a reputable bank and this was on the up and up.
