Poor Customer Service & UNFAIR Trade-In practices

This place was HORRIBLE! DON'T BUY A CAR HERE, specially if you want to get a FAIR trade in value. I was approached by Eddie G and he was just rude. I explained my situation and he said the dealership doesn't have internet access and when he tried to find a value for my car, he started using his cell phone and said I'm asking too much for a trade in and he compared my car to a model that was older and had 3 times the amount of mileage. He then got snappy and angry and gave my case to his manager, S (Armenian last name-ends in... Ian) sat in his office sat and played with the internet and showed comps to my car that were again years older and much higher in mileage. My 2007 Lexus has 41k miles and the price he gave me as a comp was 5k lower than what I ended up getting hours later at a different dealership. I wish I had never walked in this dealership.
