Liars service manager Joe Papa rude and not willing to help they messed up my car. DO NOT go there for service. Ripoff

I just came upon this site so I wanted to warn others about the horrible experience I had at Ocean MItsubishi.

On Oct. 3, I brought my car to get maintenence to Ocean Mitsubishi. I had a 30k service, tune up, and an induction service. The service manager, Joe Papa, said I would get at least a few more miles per gallon if I had the induction service done. After having this work done, I get 20% LESS gas mileage. I used to get between 330-340 miles per tank. NOW I get 270 miles per tank. That's only 16 miles per gallon! This is way less than the manufacturer's specs for gas mileage. Galants are supposed to get 21mpg/city and 27mpg/highway.
I took it back to Ocean Mitsubishi in Nov. And they replaced the O2 sensor. Since then I'm still getting poor mileage. I have called numerous times but they are not willing to find out what the problem is. Also, they will not refund me the cost of the induction service. They have expressed that they no longer want to deal with this issue.

I am not happy with this entire situation. The dealership even accused me of lying about my mileage. At that point I reminded them of how many miles a 2002 Galant should get. Then they said that having the spark plugs changed will make my car run poor for a couple months. What?! I do not trust the integrity of this dealership and Mitsubishi anymore.

I guess tehy would do anything to make money. I wonder if they even tried to do the work.
