This person makes purchases and pays paypal. You can send him a package with signature confirmation but looks like he works with a postal officer together and never updates delivery status (the tracking just shows OUT FOR DELIVERY) but not delivered. He has the item for sure because he sent me couple text messages and and called with a question about the item (the item was diamond earings) and he said that the cut is a bit different but he anyway wants to keep it. Also he confirmed receipt by phone. After month he files a case on paypal that he never got it and gets money back right away (paypal made fund reversal in 2 minutes).
I have no money and no item. Mohammad Z Rahman has everything. I think he broke a law and needs to be in scammers list, or even better in jail!
