No information and nasty treatment of ground personal at Nanjing airport

Hello I was booked on CZ 6964 on July 4 th from nanjing to yinchuan.
Pleane is more than 4 hours delayed your ground personal is not able to communicate neiteer they are willing to help customers in getting somebody to help.
The behaviour of your airline is a desaster and will not give a good recommenadtaion to use chiana southern again.

Up to now I have 3 flight wioth your airline and all are delayed.
The performance of the ground personal is no acceptable at all
in my whole life and travel experience I have never exrerienced such behaviour.
I have a feeling you give no responsibilty for your clients.

Sorry for me it was the last time to choose china southern airline
I can only congratulate you for training your people in ignoring client demands.

No compensation offered only silly food after nearly 2,5 hours and than nothing I wish you will sit for 5 hours at a noice hot airport.

I can not recommend using your airline
