Just trying to recover my Microsoft account password. Google search for "Microsoft Customer support" came up with a number which I called. No request for clarification of my problem just took over my PC and Laptop. Claimed my PC was heavily loaded with trojans"never seen one so bad"! (it was'nt) Claimed they loaded anti-malware software and took £244 out of my account. Took other advice and was told it was a scam and called them back to cancel the order. No sign of a refund. Main trouble was trying to understand what they were saying, impossible to have a propper conversation. I just want my money back and have nothing more to do with them!
