Microsoft Security Essentials the company is taking $9.88 of unauthorized payments from my checking account and did not want to refund it

Miscellaneous

I went to a microsoft website to get a virus protection program, that I thought would be safe. I click on the virus protection program and it immediately sent me to the helpmedownload website. I thought that was the way microsoft loaded the virus protection program.
Once on the site it asked for a 1 year, 2 year or 3 year protection program. Before I could click on the 1 year, which I only wanted to try it out because I didn't know how good it was I only wanted to try it out. But after I entered all my information the site automatically took out $87.98 for the 3 year program. I didn't have a chance to select the 1 year protection program.
Now I am seeing a $9.88 charge on my account. I called the company to see why they are still charging my account. They claimed that I used technical support that month, I have not needed technical support. When I asked them to cancel the account and refund my money they told me they could only give me $15.88.
I told them if they didn't give me my money back I would call the attorney general in my state and report them to better business, I could call microsoft and complain and I will stop payment on all future charges. I also told them to cancel this account.
