Locked out of computer after Windows 8.1 update

I was on the net when the update for 8.1 came on and promised me that downloading would not affect what I was doing.
When downloading was finished and my computer rebooted again I realized that my computer is locked and I am asked to sign in with my password for the account that was created for me by MS.

As I do not have this password I cannot now access my computer at all.
When I tried to recover my password from MS online I am being told that I do not have enough information to recover my password to access my computer.
It happened to me last week and since then I am in contact with so-called MS assistance online but what they are doing is only telling me to repeat and try to recover my password online... I am explaining to them that I have already done that and I do not have enough information to do that and they reply: you should recover your password online...
Right now I cannot access my computer because of the password and MS is not able to provide me with a temporary password.
They do not even have a telephone number to talk to customer or live chat... They are not working at all... But for sales they have enough facilities...
