Won't give credit back on prepaid account or apply it to one of my other ATT accounts because I switched to another company on mobile. I could understand them not giving back my credit to another company, but why can't they apply what I've already paid for to my other home account? This is nothing more than theft to me! My money is hard to come by and i live on disability. I have always kept my minutes up and done roll-over to keep from losing my acquired time. If I overpaid for something I'm no longer using, I deserve my money back. They stated it was their policy not to refund any credits like this when someone swapped. I mentioned they could credit my home phone account but they still refused. I thought it was illegal for someone to charge you for services they no longer provide. Please help and make them change their policies. They are ripping people off thousands of dollars per year doing this. If one pays for time, it should last til the money is used up and not be based on a set time. Even when i have waited til the last day to renew at times, I found they dropped my minutes because they tell you your time is up but start wanting you to renew a week or so before the due date. Just isn't right!..
