I ambeing billed for $40.10 for 02 rental. My first phone call made explained everything and the claim was cancelled. Paid in full. Next bill I sent a cope of date, conversation and name of person I spope with. Another bill came Thursday followed by a ldetter about a collection agency this Monday. I am trying to get a itimized copy of the records without success. My phone calls and letters do not seem to get any response so maybe you can get some results for me. Thank you
