They first drafted a dollar out of mine and my husbands bank accounts, then about a month later they took about 30 out WITHOUT our authorization. When I called they had awful customer service, got very rude, and refused torefund money back. I cancelled whatever service I was signed up for, and made it VERY clear that I didn't want another dime pulled from my account. I just recently noticed that they started yet again pulling a dollar from my account. I am very annoyed by them just taking my money, especially after I called and requested for them to stop and cancel my "services".
