Jeff Golden - Golen Tutoring - APlustutoring - is a rip off/Scam! Jeff took my prepaid money for tutoring but never provided a tutor! He tried to raise the price of the service after we signed an agreement. This is illegal! I refused to pay the increase and he has not refunded my money. He comes up with every excuse in the book but I have not seen one dime and never got a tutor! Do not fall for his scam!
