Dear Sir/mam, This is to bring to Ur notice that I have been cheated by your company showroom in vasai Thane 401202 Maharashtra India. I am a regular customer of your product I always shop from your vasai showroom as I had shopped last time from Reebok and had received REEBOK GIFT VOUCHER so today 29/04/10, I shoped for rs 9800 apx and after doing so I gave them the my gift voucher of rs 750 which is valid till 30/4/10 (BOOKLET CODE 229259 voucher NO 04/05/06) but they refuse to accept it and said the company are not accepting it as you do not have a REDEMPTION CODE, (I DON'T UNDER STAND IF U HAVE GIVEN A GIFT VOUCHER AND IF THE DATE IS VALID Y U DON'T ACCEPT IT). I would like to state that I was not ask by the shop owner to do so. So i demanded contact no of concern person so that I may reason him for the same, and I contacted Mr Niraj Sharma on 09819181484 but he refuse to help me out and said this is not his concern I was told that owner of the shop is responsibly, and to get refund from him, but the shop owner refused to do so. SIR Vasai is a small village and if UR company cheats the customer like this how can U accept to do the business here I had purchased of rs 9800, but gave it back because of the above reason I would be very happy if U resolve my problem as soon as possible.
