I had two different amounts taken out of my Acct. On diff. Dates—4-18-13 & 4-26-13. One on 4-18-13 was taken out under the name of AbsoluteBody in the amt of $78.94. After many PH calls I finally received a refund on 5-30-13 of $61.09. I have kept calling metabogreencoffee and was at first told I would be getting my refund in 3-5 days after talking to someone at this PH#1-415-762-3915. This was something that has not happened. I was gone to My Granddaughter's Graduation in MI and when I returned home I checked my acct. And found that I still had not received my refund. Today I called them again—they now say that they have NO RECORD of my order! On a whim I called the PH# for absolutebody—Guess what—the same person "Steve" took my call. I asked for an explaination as to why I get HIM at 2 different PH#'s for 2 diff.? Co? And why I was told in April I would get my refund and now they can't seem to be able to find any record of my account. He said he would talk to his Supervisor and call me back. He did—said they still found no record of my acct. W / metabogreen and I should take it up w/my bank. Do you think this is just a little strange??? I do!!!
