I wasn't as smart as the rest of the people that cancelled b4 the end of the 30 day trial, like it would have made a difference. I was told that there was no need to cancel my checking acct by a cs rep because in a smug tone. We got our money. At which point I asked her to note that in my file and she did.

I am out 55 dollars I thought, could be worse, and then the following weekend My acct was chrged twice and bounced the acct for 2 ADDITIONAL times. I called up expecting a refund. WRONG! Was told that a refund would show on my bank statement. Hahaha joke was on me.

Continued to call every couple of days and chewck the status of my acct k, waited for a call back 3 differnet times. Finally, After logging 2 hundred AND being told to be TO BE patient, too. So I am now keeping a record of each reps and making it my lifelong goal to destroy. Come and Join me
