Accidental Payment

Miscellaneous

Paypal account was authorized to pay $4.99 for microsoft points, Did not know that would keep paypal account open and you would no longer need password authorization to take out more money. I purchased the points on my computer instead of the xbox. When I went back to xbox I was on the page for purchase and went to hit the back button and hit the wrong one. I was not trying to purchase $19.99 worth of points. If you look it up you will see the transactions were one right after the other. I was hoping for a refund of $19.99 into my paypal account. Here are the transaction / authorization numbers [THE $4.99 - B-0NU80787R3828821V - This was password approved.] [THE $19.99 - B-0NU80787R3828821V This was not password approved.] I have deleted paypal as an open funding source. You really should consider changing that and make it so you have to put in a password for paypal every time. Please let me know if you can refund the money. Thankyou.
