Xbox Live One-Month Trial Auto-Charged Through PayPal Without Agreement

I paid £1, one off payment to xbox live through paypal for 1 months subscription to xbox live. 1 month in and i get an email saying they are going to charge me for the next month £5. I log in because i never agreed to this and in my payment section it says " no payment method set-up" i keep getting the email then today the money gets withdrawn from my paypal account.

Try to contact Microsoft live and xbox and nothing.
When i close my account with xbox live no confirmation its closed.
These are basic requisites for even small companies and we're talking the biggest company on the globe and nothing!!!

So then i check my paypal account and notice that in there, Microsoft
has a auto-pay setup? How? I never accepted this???

Microsoft stink and are old school.
