My name is Cristina and I have been a loyal customer of timewarner cable and June 17 I went to exchange a box that's been giving me trouble they try to trouble shoot and help me over the phone but it seem to do no help at all! So I decided to exchange the box and told the gentleman behind the counter that I also has appointment that intended to keep the next day June 18 just in case the box wont work. On the day of June 17 someone drop paints on their parking lot and I of course did not see it and incedentally run over it and the paints got all over my car and tires. I went back inside to let of the employee knows about it and she called the security guard Mr. Gray and I gave him all my information. Address, Full name, and Phone number to contact me and he then put 2 cones around the paints so no one can run over it which should have been done If he is doing his job patrolling the place so this type of accidents dont happen!!! Of course like I was expecting no one follow up to call me and check about my car, so I went back June 20 (thursday) and Mr. Gray is just simply and comfortably sitting on his desk and As I came in "I remember you, I saw you at BJ's and I remember I told my wife thats the lady that was in the property and got paints all over her car"!!! Yet he forgot to call and follow up on me. He then call Mr. Mike Fowler to come down which took him good 15 minutes, I told Mr. Gray that I'm on my 1 hour lunch break that I needed to talk to him. Finally he came and basically promised me He will let his Big Boss know and of course as I was expecting again it was just a run around. I also had an appointment with them to check my box yesterday June 21st and as usual my 3rd apponitment with them is cancel again. I called and spoke to their supervisor last night to let them know about my appointments being cancel all the time despite of the notes over the phone with representative as I Quoted "I don't care if anybody cancel it or if earthquake happened they will need not to cancel without my concern or without my approval. Steve form Raleigh the supervisor himself need a custumer and mangement training becuse he is rude and did not even try to attempt to solve the problem!!! Poor custumer service!!!
