Parking fraud price

Dear Mam/Sir,
On june 22, at about 2:45 pm I arrived to HJ Parking LLC asking for the price per day. I was told by two of your employee that the price would be 30 US Dollars / day if I prove that I'm residing in Washington Jefferson Hotel at 318 west 51st street, NY. I was with Samah Ali in the car, we both agreed on the price and left the car in the garage until 24th of june. On 24th june afternoon (at 5:27 pm I went back to pick my car. I met Mr Mohamed who introduced himself as the manager of the Garage and all the sudden told me that I have to pay 118 US Dollars. I told him about the deal we made with the other employees on June 22. He surprised us and did not agree to the deal that was agreed with his colleagues on June 2. I told him I need to talk to his boss, he said I'm the Boss you cannot talk to any body. Then I asked for his name and the phone NO. Appreciate refunding my money. Best regards.
