About 2- to 2-1/2 weeks ago i had over 37 or 3800, minutes on my account and while i was talking to one of the rep. About having auto pay on my account so that i wouldn't loose the minutes that i've been saving and this rep wipe out all my minutes and put my account on a rollover plan which screw up my account and i can't get anywhere talking to them this is the corprate address virgin mobile 1084 s. Laurel rd. London kentucky 40744 virgin mobile is the worse company i've everhad to deal with
