Miscellaneous

I purchased a alternator from their website using their search engine on the website. The part did not fit the car. I sent the part back wanting a refund and/or exchange the part for another one. They charged me a restocking fee and refused to pay for the shipping. They concluded it was my fault for believing their Search Engine. This was the last message sent to me by their Support Team..."If you are feeling empowered to contact the BBB, be mindful that we are not associated
with the Better Business Bureau and your ignorance of our policies and procedures is not
sound evidence for "scamming" customers." This Company is a Scam... Sad thing is I was a return customer and bought several things from them and would have stayed a customer if they Knew how to treat their customers right...
