David, mustangpro69 on ebay sells junk and does not honor his own refund policy

DO NOT do business with this crook. I bought an alternator from him and since he was local I asked if he would take an offer and I pick it up.

I called him and made the deal. His posting reads:

This is a used but only about 6months old alternator from a 97-98 FORD EXPLORER... This was taken from an engine in which i heard run and the alternator charged...

Its in good condition and is ready to put on payment due within 7 days of auction end... I will combine shipping on multiple items

His refund policy:
item must be returned within: 7 days refund will be given as: money back return policy details: i will give a full refund in the form of which you paid if the item i sold was mis-described or is faulty upon arival... Buyer pays return shipping... If you bought the wrong part or did not research fitment, its not my fault and therefore i will not give a refund... Thanks

This guy is a CROOK!!! Here is his last email to me...

Dont contact me any more not my fault it was good when i sold it to you... Your explorer wiring must be bad making all of your alternators go out... Im not giving you a refund... YOU TOOK A 35 dollar chance on a used part and we didnt deal through ebay so there is nothing you can do... Thanks and have a great day

See you in court... Thanks and have a great day... The alternator worked up until the day it was sold to you... You messed it up... If you take me to court over 35 dollars the judge will laugh like i am...
