My elderly mother ordered some cosmetics and household items, all of which were damaged on receipt. She has paid for the items in full but on trying to call the number given, she has come up against a brick wall. I have googled the company for her, in the hope of finding a contact number, and have discovered, to my horror, that the company is a scam. How can I get my mum's money back?
