Be careful-they ripped me off of $400 and damaged numerous items

I contracted Ocean To Ocean Van Lines in June. Paid them $1500 upfront for moving my household items from California to Florida.
After items arrived from a different mover, they had my items on the truck and demaned another $1900 which I HAD to pay, items were damaged, lost and broken, my estimate is $1500 in damages, however they said to settle it they would pay me $400 which I agreed to and I have yet to received my $400 refund.
Phones are disconnect as well as the owners home phone.
These people are scam artist!
The two individuals I dealt with are Ben and Irene. They should be locked up for fraud!
