I hired this company represented by paul shepard to some work on
my mobile home. He asked for material money up front and i gave him $250.
The total was to be $500. And he was to do the work the following
week. He delivered some lumber that wekend and asked for bal. Of money, which i gave him like fool. He was to do the work the following wed.in the following 4 months he gave about 4 different dates to do the work and never showed up for any of them. Finnally in april he agreed to give me a refund. He gave me $100. And was supposed give me rest of the money in two weeks. I'm still waitting.
