Ripoff possible rental overcharge and severe and outrageous retaliation after complaints were addressed

My landlord is a crook and owner of a rent stablized building. She has been ignoring my request for a rental history, after repeated request for same with no cooperation from her, I began a DHCR overcharge complaint which is pending. I also started a HP action for her failure to correct violations in my apartment.

She has retaliated against me ever since I gave her notice of my intent to pursue this in court. I was burglarized while she was finally making repairs to my apartment. Unfortunately, the NYPD were not able to lift fingerprints, and she has taken advantage of this by entering my apartment again while I was at work to purposely put my hot water on, then call 911 for an emergency response, in an attempt to create her own malicious case against me.

I have always paid my rent, have been a good tenant, have requested items I am legally entitled to in good faith and both in person and via certified mail, however, she refuses to give me my rental history. Now she's trying everything in her power to harass me and attempt to get me out of her building. She has been plotting a malicious case of child abuse against me, solely to continue to harass and retaliate against me. Please help!!
