They stole my money

I bought a car for &700.00 and I signed the paper work as is. When I bought the car the car was running nothing wrong with the transmission and that was the as is what I had signed I even let the car run for hours and It barely made it home. They said they would swap me a car. It never happened. I took them to court and the judge saw that I signed the as is paper. But when I signed it it was running. So, yes they stole my money. &700.00 in one day out the window. And I am on disability.
