Threatining abusive charges

1st week of Feb. I've been recieving some calls from allied collection that threatened me saying that they'll take me to the court if i don't pay right away. I called them and I spoke to the guy regarding the amount their charging me was wrong and it was $200 extra they put on top of how much I owe and I got a copy from my insurance co. For how much exactly I owe. But he told me they will sued me If I don't pay it in full. And if I need to take my baby to the doctor I need to pay them first. A week after around 7:30 pm someone knock my door and hand me a summons paper stating that I have been sued. I don't know how they did it it was my first time I got this paper. The paper was signed by the Nevada bar atty. Hibbeler and the no. Was 702-804-4279 I called that no. And it was just accidentally the guy who threatened me before was the same guy who got my call again. So, I am very surprise because I thought I am calling the no. For the atty. He told me that I need to come by to the office and signed the papers to stop for lien for my home and garnishing 25% of my checkst and he makes me a deal that I am going to pay $50.00 a month as long as I need to bring my checkstub, mortgage payment drivers liscence and if possible my social security no. I was really frightened I don't know what should I do, and if I provide everything that hes asking for he will reduce my balance. So, the nxt day I went to their office first thing in the morning at 8:00. This lady came out and ask the papers that their asking for and she went back in for about 5 min. When she comes back she has the paper to let me signed she said that it was for agreement to reduce and my $50 monthly payment. I ask her where is my mortgage bill and my checkstub she said she will give it back to me once I signed.in, other words I did signed the paper she went back in again and come back with 2 more pages which is makes me surprise that they added $500 more on top of my debt. She said that it was added a court fee and interest and i told her why you did not told me that they will added more. She just answered that your responsibility and now she showed me that it says on the paper I am voluntarily waiving my homestead and agree for garnishing my checks. Which they did not showed me that paper before I signed. Anyone could help me out pls. Contact me thank you.
