I ordered a product which had a 30 day trial period. The package arrived after approximately 3 weeks with no accompanying info or return address. When I got an on line receipt I realised my credit card was being charged monthly for some mysterious access to traing etc. Since then I have emailed repeatedly to cancel my membership (this was not clear on the website) only to have the emails bounce back. As I live in an entirely different part of the world it is not easy to phone. My next step will be to close my credit card.
