I purchased a weightloss product from this Company via the Internet. Received my product but one month later was charged $9.47 plus currency conversion charges against my credit card used to purchase the original product. Emailed the Company to asked what this was for got a auto rep;y saying I had signed up for E-Trim Trainer and would be charged this amount monthly until I cancelled the order. I did not sign up for this item nor have i received any information about it. I live in NZ and have tried on numerous occasions to phone the number provided but as I do not know where in the world this number is located have not been able to cancel the order. I have now had 4 monthly debits made to my credit card and have now resorted to cancelling the card!
