I saw an add for "free" wrinkle cream, you only pay for s&h of $4.95. I receieved a courtesy call from a rep telling me i will now be on an automatic shipment every month. I told him i wanted it cancelled. He told me i had to call customer service, i got home, called and talked to a lady (sally)... I could not cancel till june 7th, otherwise i would be charged the full amount. I called back june 1st, my checking account being hit with $105.00, (plus $145.00 for overdraft charges) from the shipment. They could not give me a full refund. I refused. I wanted my full refund. The guy was rude and hung up on me. Called back and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was busy, but another guy said if i faxed back my phone records to him showing i called the company to cancel, they would give me a full refund... Had to waste my time with the phone company got my records, faxed the sheets to them. Called the next morning, and the guy "paul" said no one would ever tell you that you would get a full refund... Then why would i waste my breath on that. At that point another guy hung up on me. I called back and they offered me a credit of $79.00. I am now disputing for the rest of the money! What a scam... They make a ton of money with this. What a great deal they have going on... They are pathetic and should be ashamed of themselves. No conscience!
